Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to allow enough time to fill out any forms & to allow our appointments to move smoothly.
Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable, as is ours, please call within 24 hours to cancel or reschedule any appointments. Last minute cancellations leave gaps in our schedule that we cannot fill. A cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment will be charged after your second missed appointment.
